Shipment Policies

SHIPMENT POLICY

 

This Shipment Policy is applicable to all the shipments. Any capitalized terms used herein this Policy and not defined explicitly shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time.

We (Rack 37 Innotech Pvt. Ltd) shall attempt to deliver the Shipment to the Buyer for a maximum of three (3) attempts and the logistic charges will also be paid by buyer. However, in case of the occurrence of any one of the following event, we shall make no more than three (3) attempts to deliver the Shipment:

  1. Consignee refuses to accept the Shipment;
  2. Address of the Consignee not found;
  3. Buyer itself asks to hold the shipment for few days.

The Shipment shall be delivered to the buyer within 15 Business Days from the date of purchase.

If in case, we receive a request from the Buyer to hold the Shipment for the delivery to the Consignee, we may do so only for a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date of first attempt to deliver the Shipment, subject to the availability of space in our warehouse. We may in our sole and absolute discretion accepts or declines such request to hold the Shipment for delivery at a future date. In case we decline such request to hold Shipment, and then such shipment shall be considered cancelled.

Despite of our reasonable efforts to deliver the shipment to the buyer, in some cases there can be delivery failure for various reasons such as:

  1. Consignee refuses to take the delivery of the Shipment;
  2. Consignee is unavailable at the delivery address to receive the shipment;
  3. Consignee does not have enough cash for making the payment;
  4. Consignee is not reachable at the time of delivery;
  5. Any such reasons that are beyond our reasonable control.

In some exceptional cases, where we have been given incorrect delivery address or where the delivery location is a non-serviceable zone, i.e., where we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances or due to service unavailability, for such Shipment we will not attempt to deliver to the Buyer and such Shipment shall remain undelivered.

We can any time conduct random audits at our warehouse or one of our logistic team will be carried out at the Seller’s premises to ensure Seller’s compliance with the Terms. If any non-compliance to any of our policies or any other thing we may reject future claims from the Seller and may recover any amount processed as refund before.

We can also do a QC Check of the Shipments during the transit of the Shipment.

We can also modify this Policy from time to time, and any such changes will be reflected on the portal itself and shall be effective immediately after updating. The Seller agrees to be bound to any such changes or modifications and understand and accept the importance of regularly reviewing the Policy as updated on the portal from time to time.
